RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of the product being a personal product, once the pump box has been opened it can no longer be returned. We offer 30 day change-of-mind policy where you can return it as long as the original packaging is unopened and the seal is intact. If there were any complimentary gifts included in your purchase you must return all items. Contact us with your proof of purchase and we will issue a free return shipping label. Once received we will issue a refund minus a $20 shipping and restock fee.
WARRANTY
Our warranty for our pump motors is 12 months from purchase or babies birth for any faults. Our replacement / washable parts is 90 days. Our replacement parts are readily available on our website.
