1. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing: 
  All prices listed on our website are in the following currencies, based on your location: 

• Australia: Prices are displayed in AUD (Australian Dollars), including GST (Goods and Services Tax) where applicable. 

• United States: Prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars). Sales tax may apply based on your state of residence. 

• Europe: Prices are displayed in EUR (Euros), and VAT (Value Added Tax) may be added at checkout depending on your country of residence. 

• Payment Methods: 
  We accept a variety of payment methods, including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Apple Pay. Payments must be completed in full before your order is processed.

• All products listed on our website are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and provide options for a refund or a replacement. 

• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at our discretion. 

1. Return Policy

• Due to the nature of our products being personal hygiene items, we only accept returns if the product packaging is unopened, and the seal is intact. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information. 

• Any complimentary items included in your purchase must be returned along with the product. Refunds will be issued, minus a $20 restocking and shipping fee, once we receive the returned items. 

1. Warranty

• We offer a 12-month warranty on our breast pump motors and a 90-day warranty on replacement and washable parts, starting from the date of purchase or baby’s birth, whichever is later. For more details, please refer to our Warranty Policy. 

• To make a warranty claim, please contact us at hello@lacevo.com with proof of purchase. We will assist in troubleshooting and replacing parts as needed. 

1. Product Safety and Maintenance

• Follow the instructions included with the product for proper cleaning, maintenance, and storage. Failure to properly maintain the product may result in a voided warranty and potential safety risks. 

• Inspect your breast pump and accessories before each use. Discontinue use if any parts appear worn or damaged.
